On-site management offers support through comprehensive services. You decide which service you wish to make use of and we devise a customised service package for your company. Services can include consulting and planning, needs analysis and recruitment, initial training and integration of employees as well as complete organisational and administrative processing. You will be allocated an on-site manager for placement in your premises for this purpose.

You recruit your own staff and we look after all the associated administration. We take care of contract settlement, social security matters in compliance with legal requirements, all employee obligations and risks, time and costs related to authorities as well as the administration of social insurances.

Test your selected employee and make sure that your expectations are fulfilled. If you find that the employee is right for your team, you can take him/her on after a period of 3 months at no extra expense. Should you not be entirely satisfied, the temporary employment relationship expires without any further obligations.
