The recruitment agency Der Leader was founded in 1993.
Der Leader is a financially independent Swiss company and a member of the Favoris group.

The Capital

The most important criterion in the recruitment sector is the personal relationship between customers, applicants and temporary employees.  
Similarly important is the professional capabilities of the recruitment consultant.  Our team has been working for many years in the recruitment sector and each member has extensive knowledge in their respective fields and sectors.  Our employees continually attend training courses in commercial schools in order to improve their knowledge in sociological, financial and legal areas.  Naturally, our operative software (SPUTNIK) is up-to-date and ensures exemplary business relationship with our temporary employees, customers and public authorities, as well as one which is in full accordance with the law.
Currently (as per June 2011) Der Leader employs 15 staff members, 14 of which are consultants.

Since 1993 we have focused on supporting our customers in the recruitment of permanent and temporary staff.  We fill positions in international companies in the areas of logistics, trade and industry and the chemical industry.  With regard to temporary positions, we concentrate in the areas of administration, storage, factories, production, industry, packaging, construction, metals, facility management and the chemical industry.
